    I am currently stuck at 164 and my goal is right around where you’re at and this is great inspiration! It definitely looks like you have built and toned some muscle and muscle weighs more so that isn’t a bad place to be, you look great!

  7. We have really similar body types at each of these weights. Super cool to see, because I’m working towards <140. You look amazing and so healthy! I’d love to hear how you’re making progress.

  8. If you have access to an InBody machine they’re really motivating. My gym has one and the last time I used it I thought I had been stagnating for months, but actually saw all the improvement I had made through the measurements.
