  9. Hey girl! We have very similar stats – I started out at 202.2 last October . I started cardio daily for 30/45mins since Jan 8th, and did weights either every day or every other day. I do 16:8 IF! I’m down to 182 pounds right now .. this was so motivating to see! Thank you 😊😊😊😊
