  2. Awesome progress! Must have taken a lot of hard work. What difference has it made to lose so much weight?

  3. Honestly this is surprising because personally you don’t look anything over 200. I would’ve guessed 190-180 or something but wow! Good going I think you may have mainly decreased your fat percentage rather than weight in general but I’m really amazed!
