  12. I’ve been lifting 2 to 3 times a week for a few months now but would like to shed about ten pounds of fat before spring. Since it sounds like you were losing weight while lifting, my question is:

    Did/do you see steady strength increases? Is this something you prioritize(d)?

    I’m still getting steady newbie gainz and am wondering of I should stop increasing weight as I diet to lose fat. So as to not, I dunno…over-do it?
