  10. I hope to have pictures like this next year! I ran my very first 5k last October. I’ve got 40lbs to lose to get to my goal weight and I intend to run many more races. My ultimate goal is to run a marathon. But come next October, I’ll run that same 5k just to compare how far I’ve come.

  13. Very inspirational man, I lost a weight chunk and signed up for my first 5k soon, I’m just hoping I can finish in 45 minutes. Seeing this really makes me look forward to eventually getting to a 10k 😀 grats on the improvements!
