  23. Alot of working out at the gym and eatting more food( healthy food) can help make you get bigger. If you have a active job or do a lot of active things then gain will be harder. These actors don't do anything active besides the gym. They can actually get ripped by going to the gym everyday for a few months and eatting alot. There is also a way that after you gain weight and turn it to muscle that you can shred fat fast with cardio and some energy drinks. You will still have the mass but just drop the fat so your body will look big as it get ripped. I have found this out by personal experiences.

  24. Well for the people who think he took steroids and that this is impossible, think about it: He doesn't WORK in a normal job, so he had lots TIME, he was getting PAID a LOT to workout. He had professional TRAINERS. He had the food he needed and was provided with it. We as normal people don't have those things so obviously we can't get as built as quickly as he did.

  25. Don't do squats or deadlifts. It will wreck havoc on your middle life, which wrecks more havoc on your senior years. Don't compress your discs in workouts. Do other exercises that work your quads, etc. If your wrists bother you doing bench presses, etc. try different wrist distances. If you're not a kid anymore, keep your reps high. Like sex sets of 20. Way less chance of screwing up yourself. I had problems from an L-4 L-5 fusion picking up heavy dumbbells for seated curls. So, I switched to the hanging straps on the swing bar, leaning back and pulling up with them. You can adjust angles, etc. I liked that a great deal. My biggest treat was doing machine press downs for triceps. Amazing how strong you can get. Do cardio before for about an hour. You walk out of the gym, even if you're 50 pounds overweight, knowing you've done your job. Your head space completely changes. Half the misery of being overweight is thinking about it and how you're stuck. Once you walk out of that gym, that's completely gone. And you won't eat more for being more hungry. You won't be. No sugars. Oh, and if you can't afford a gym or get to one, Get the straps and attach them to a door frame. They're great.

  31. Some people just can't accept the fact that hard work can get you a build like that. So they passionately pound that steroid button like they passionately pound their fat ass. Get this straight, only a fucking moron uses steroids. The end result is so not worth the temporary looks that fade over time as you get older. Your body will remind you that you did steroids when you were younger. Such as a testosterone deficit, and as such your body produces estrogen. Kidney, liver, heart, blood pressure and you have yourself a wasted life. Train naturally. There are millions of guys that do. So many haters lol.

  32. So many men (and maybe women) in comments claiming it's steroids, it's apparent you never worked out or body build. He did work hard to achieve his body and it's not from steroids!! He was already fit from previous training but got even bigger for this role, and if he was on steroids his body would be droopy and go flabby once he was off. It's not impossible to achieve results like his, so stop saying such ridiculous things.
