  5. Hello dear Alessia!! <3 Amazing video as always, for those busy days we simply can't do anything lol
    You know, recently I started taking on the ballet week workout. It's really tough and I love it. I have a question though
    I am tall (1.75) and quite slim, despite my slightly "too-much" hips. I wish I had a petite structure, but since I don't, I was wondering what program I should follow to go as close to the petite ballerina body as I could.

    Don't get me wrong, I know how hard it is for you to achieve this body. You have this kind of body because you need it to survive those endless hours of exercise and dancing, I know and totally respect that. It must be infuriating too, having people (like me) be all like "I won't do as much exercice as you, but hey I want the exact same body". But I do intend to use it, to look as beautiful as I could at my dance classes, and also I have no problem going to extremes to achieve it (combining two of your programs, repeating exercises multiple times a day etc)

    Since I want seriously thin arms and shoulders I plan on doing arms exercises every day. I also want to trim waist and hips, (and also you REALLY should make a butt-centered video) but don't really know how.

    Apart from that, which program do you think i should follow? Ballerina fitness or ballet week? Or both?
    and finally, (and though regardless of your answer I'll try it) I'd really appreciate your opinion, so tell me, is there any hope I can achieve this body? Or the fact that I am already on my twenties means that whatever I do I cannot change it?
