  10. Soo many exercises in one workout… why? Choose 2, train abs once every 4-5 days – 100% enough. Overtraining the abdominal muscles will not help you achieve a visible "six pack". Selective body fat loss doesn't exist! If anything, over developing these muscles might ruin your chest:waist ratio. Some professional bodybuilders don't even train abs like… ever.
