1. Did you know how to lose fat? The so-called "low fat" foods usually sold in your local supermarket are caloric and will actually make you gain weight. Low fat foods are not equal in weight.

2. Calories while you rest or even sleep. Most overweight people get enough exercise, but what they eat prevents them from having this healthy waistline.

The food you eat will make you lose weight or gain weight. Eating 3 big meals a day is not good for our body.

4. If you eat smaller meals and eat the right foods, you can actually eat more and lose more weight.
