  1. I don’t know my body fat percentage.
    I felt my body was getting out of shape. So I decided to eat healthy and workout. I have never been to gym and always workout at home.

    YouTube is my source for almost everything related to fitness.

    Do u guys/gals see any progress? What are your opinions?
