  1. Great job! I see a massive difference. The more you lose the more obvious the incremental losses will become too (paper towel effect).

    You are young enough that your body will bounce back quickly, plus you will have your whole life to enjoy the fruits of your labour! Also a good time to start building some habits, I recommend getting into some form of regular exercise if you don’t already. I only built this habit in my late twenties and always wish I had done it sooner.

  2. Look at the back roll you had, it’s no longer there? Your tummy looks near flat around your rib cage to belly button area.

    You must need at least two sizes down in clothes at this point.

  3. Do you do ab workouts? Cause it looks like if you had abs appearing.

  4. There is a massive difference!

    Take measurements.

    We see ourselves everyday and thus think there’s been little to none progress when in fact that’s not the case.

  6. Dismorphia is the rudest. You’ve made huge changes and such progress. It’s literally a load off.
