  6. It absolutely does. A good run in the morning noticeably increase my ability to concentrate at work and get things done quicker. Amazing work!

  10. Sports are good. I recently started running 5km (3mi) and it helps, but the main change is in my diet. I lost 11kg (24lb) in 2 months.
