  2. That’s noticeably a great progression. Try HIIT and stick with a 2 rest day cardio routine. If you want to keep the curvy shapes in the “right” places; hip thrusts, resistance bands, close grip pull ups, and Glute burner routines. Don’t forget a higher protein intake. Proud of you stranger 👏🏻; keep it up 💪🏻.
