F/26/5’2 [220lbs>168lbs=52lbs lost] Been a while since I’ve updated. Intermittent fast a couple months at a time. Gallon of water. Workout 4-5 days. My stomach is still ugly but definitely deflated LOL. I won’t say I’m motivated, but I’ve made it into my everyday routine where I don’t need to be.

    Motivation comes and goes. Discipline and consistency are the keys to success as you’ve found out! GOOD FOR YOU!!!!

  22. Great job! I know it’s hard. Are you lifting or are your doing cardio or both? I started in December and I am stuck at like 175..I was 206.
