F/26/5’2 [220lbs>168lbs=52lbs lost] Been a while since I’ve updated. Intermittent fast a couple months at a time. Gallon of water. Workout 4-5 days. My stomach is still ugly but definitely deflated LOL. I won’t say I’m motivated, but I’ve made it into my everyday routine where I don’t need to be.
F/21/5'4 [140 > 140 = 0 lbs] (2 months) progress isnt always measured in pounds! from 1 week to 9 weeks postpartum, finally back in the gym and starting to feel like myself again!
