F/27/5’4 [133lbs > 122lbs = 11lbs] April until now. I started at 140 but didn’t take any before pics:( Couldn’t see a huge difference now but I just started lifting last week so we’ll see how that goes later. Also lighting is too good in the after so pics might be deceiving 👀

  1. GREAT JOB! Let me help you see what I can see. I see a slightly more tapered waist line in the first and third photo. You will notice you have a little less fat directly above your underwear. I see significantly less fat directly under your breasts in your second photo as well as less fat above you bra in the first photo. There seems to be slightly less subcutaneous fat on your legs in all photos, that is the cellulite fat everyone dreads.

A high protein diet is your friend. I personally prefer to use sweet potatoes (low cal carb) and 93% lean beef as a staple of my diet when I am cutting but more protein is going to keep you metabolism up and make you feel more satiated between meals. My wife personally prefers to drink pea protein to help get her macros in.

You may already know this but muscle weighs more than fat. So don’t get to caught up on the numbers on the scale as the weeks go by as you lift. The scale may not reflect it but photos will. Squats, deadlifts, hamstring/quad machines, hip thrusts, lunges, and tri-cep exercises are your friends.

Female body’s tend to put fat on the arms, hips, glutes, and thighs. I wouldn’t get to caught up in what you “think” you may look like if you do traditional compound lifts that some consider aren’t for woman because they will look like men. You can always lift lighter weights and more reps or do more calisthenics. But women don’t have the test that men naturally have, so you won’t ever end up looking like one of the women who do crossfit professionally (they are all blasting test and anadrol).

Good luck on you fitness journey! Keep up the hard work, you are doing great!

  2. Booty, tummy and legs have definitely changed, you look great 💪

  3. I can see a difference around your waist. Your back muscles are more toned and can see definitely line down the middle now. Keep up the great work! And definitely around your clavicle! Can definitely see the gains there!

  4. Great job! Your body is beautiful. I definitely see the changes! Lifting is a great idea. I am about to start lifting as well 🙂 The Thinner Leaner Stronger one year program

  5. It’s not the lighting, give yourself credit for the hard work! You’ll see huge changes with weights being added now

  6. Awesome job!! Good luck on your fitness endeavors! Weightlifting ftw! 🙂
