  1. Lifting numbers have also gone up significantly. Bench max a year ago was 115lbs, is now 185lbs. Didn’t squat or deadlift when I first started lifting but squat has gone up from 225 in February -> 295 in October.

  2. Jesus not much love for the males, tough crowd.

Nice job bro, drink your protein shakes.

295 seems like a really high squat for your bodyweight. Seriously question no flame, are you doing full controlled range of motion squats eg: getting that ass down to the floor? Those are what is going to give you those strong legs and thick back you really want. Don’t ego lift and screw doing a 1 rep max. If you want to get strong, full range of motion. There is a reason why Olympians go all the way down in training. And don’t neglect your front squats.

Waist looks more tapered, back is much more improved, shoulders are bigger. Lats are bigger and the chest is thicker although it can be difficult to see in this posing.

Keep it up, nice job. Hit each muscle group twice a week and keep hitting your macro goals. I’d like to see you put on a little more weight your first year but it looks like you are moving in the right direction.

  3. I’m proud of you. You’ve done really well and have every right to feel good. Your progress inspires me. Keep doing good bro

  4. This is really good progress dude! Why not smiling on after pic?!

  5. Looking solid. Nice lifts!

  6. Awesome progress! Can really see the change in your delts/traps in the back photos.

Keep up the hard work, its workin

  7. Can really tell a difference in your lats especially!
