  1. Getting ahead of some possible questions:

    It’s been all CICO. Apart from 100% cutting out “completely empty calories” like non-diet soft drinks and sugar-based candy, the only dietary change I’ve made is quantity. I probably should start eating better and some point, and I plan to, but it’s not really feasible right now. Currently, I’m aiming for 1200-1400 calories a day 6 days a week, and about 2000 on Sundays. That’s a pretty big deficit, and I may end up needing to eat more again if it causes issues. I’m also doing 30-40 minutes a day on the exercise bike, plus a bit more light walking and biking to get around.

    For more context on the haircut: You always have to be careful. They got my regular haircut mixed up with my dad’s, since we have the same first and last name, and he gets it really short. By the time I realized the issue, it was too late. I’m actually trying to grow out my hair now.
