  17. Started in january just like you only dumbell and kettlebells, what upgrades did you go for recently?

    I seem to be stuck at 200lbs for 5 months, I feel stronher been doing progressive overload and look better but still same weight, mind sharing your 4 routines and macros?

Kitchen appliances; buy them used like new, but I like the ones that are high end I.e. vitamix, breville air fryer pro, kitchenaid mixer, etc. I found deals on all of them but they are still splurges. However, in my defense, when you buy high end they last a long time. My vitamix pro series I got 8 years ago still looks new and is worth more used then when I got it.
