M/35/6’2″ [178lbs > 177lbs = 1lbs] B4 weight unknown. I hadn’t worked out since highschool. Nov 18th I started doing 100 pushups a day. Been doing 200 a day since Jan. Started lifting free weights at home(biceps/chest) every other day from Christmas. Not a huge difference I know but I feel great.
F/23/5’1 [183 > 145 = 38 lbs lost] Lost the weight from May 2017 to Sept 2018 then plateaued/maintained til now. Started IF looking to lose 15 more and reach a normal BMI!
