M/36/5’9” [293sw-225cw: 190gw] It’s been two years, two hard painstaking years. Grinding, blood, sweat and tears. Figuring out food, figuring out intermittent fasting, and counting macros. The far left is 10/26/18 i weighed close to 300lbs. That was the breaking point, that was my “it” moment.

M/23/5’6″ [269lbs>183=86lbs lost] 8 An half months! Been eating clean, 1000 calories Or less a day. Work out 6 to 7 times a week.trying to hit a 100lbs in less than a year. But goal weight is 145 to 150lbs! Just wanna thank thia community, I love seeing the passion and hard work on every one here!

M/37/5’10 [195>188=7lbs] (5 months) Progress (I think?) My wife says I look much more toned and fit now than 5 months ago, but I can’t stop focusing on how little the numbers on the scale have changed despite working out 4 days per week. Is she right?

M/28/6’0″ [186 lb > 176 lb= 10lbs] (4 months) Let the bulking get out of hand, but trying to slowly bring down the body fat and retain as much muscle as I can. Making due with CICO and limited weights until the home gym ships. If anyone has general or specific opinions I’d love to hear.
