Read More »M/22/5’9/[197lbs > 160lbs =37] (6 months) lost my 1st 30 in the 1st 3 and half months. Last 3 I switched from call cardio to weight lifting and up my calories. Gradually lost 7 more. My my goal is too keep losing body fat gradually but gain muscle as well.
