F/28/5’3” [150 > 120 = 30lbs] Approximately 1 year and 8 months between pictures. Many 5Ks, a half marathon, and lots of counting calories to get here. Disheartening that I’ve been at 120 for an entire year but hoping to reach my goal at the 2 year mark!

F/28/5’10 [300lbs > 190= 110] (9 months) it’s hard to go by weight because I have gained muscle mass. I’m positive I have lost fat wise over 100 pounds. Going off measurements I definitely have. All thanks to balancing out hormones.

M/22/5’9/[197lbs > 160lbs =37] (6 months) lost my 1st 30 in the 1st 3 and half months. Last 3 I switched from call cardio to weight lifting and up my calories. Gradually lost 7 more. My my goal is too keep losing body fat gradually but gain muscle as well.
