Getting Started

First of all may we just say welcome.

We’re glad you’re here.

You’re interested in doing something most people aren’t willing to do. Confront yourself and make a decision to transform your body. And in so doing transform your life. So for that we commend you.

We believe in a balanced approach in starting your journey.

Nobody starts their body transformation a fitness expert. Just like anything, riding a bike, driving a car, etc. it takes learning and practical application. It will take an open mind and full immersion into the study of how your body works and how to be the fittest, healthiest person you can be.

We’ve broken it down for you. Here at step one.

Losing weight and getting in shape consists of 2 things once the mental requirement is met. And the mental requirement has been met or else you wouldn’t be here so you’ve got that covered. The body parts are diet and exercise. We’re sure you’ve heard this a million times but it’s actually more exciting than it sounds. There are ways to transform your body and life with diet and exercise that will make life as a whole more interesting.

For instance learning new delicious recipes for dishes that actually taste better than the usual junk. Or building your own workout plan and watching the weight fall off as your friends and family start to notice. Then the side-by-side progress pics start, the gym selfies, before you know it you’re the fitness person you used to look up to.

So with all that said…let’s get started…

We recommend getting cleared by a doctor to start any gym routine and or diet.

Diet Plans

Time to cut out the junk.

Here at we recommend joining a gym asap. We know some people are apprehensive about that but it’s where you’ll eventually end up anyways. While you can start at home we find it to be less motivating and an easier way to quit before you really get going.

But we do have and recommend some workout plans to get you moving in the right direction.

You’ll want to start here as far as shedding pounds and getting your body in motion. Walking, jogging, and eventually running.
