  3. I cook mine off let it cool then bottle it. If you cook it off it last longer in the fridge. When it's cooked off the veggies don't spoil fast.

  8. Great recipe. I add some powdered cinnamon which really enhances the other island spices. If you can’t find dark soy sauce you can get a liquid “browning” sauce to eliminate the green color. Fresh habanero peppers are much easier to find than scotch bonnet in the US. I make this several times a month. Awesome jerk chicken
