  3. hey, my height is 5'2'' and weight is 48 kgs. I follow your 5 min thigh toner exercise already everyday. But I am unable to put too much energy for more hard exercises. As my tummy gained a visual fat, which exercise should I follow for flat belly please suggest me.

  12. These may be short but they're really efficient! I actually find the plank dips pretty hard, especially when you've already done a series of ab exercises before this.

  18. definitely not one for beginners! had to adjust a couple of the exercises to an easier version, luckily i knew how to do this, Good ab workout though!
