  5. Great strength workout. Can you please share your playlist and the BPM for your music used here? Thanks.

  9. .Holy Moly sweat is dripping everywhere. Another wonderful workout.

  10. Just found your channel! I love that you have shorter workouts I can use as sparks during the day. Upbeat and fun. πŸ™‚

  11. You are very motivating and I love your accent. I prefer your method of having good music that we can actually hear rather than counting each erep 1,2,3, etc.

  12. I love this workout! I've done it 3x so far and plan to do it again! You get a lot done in a short amount of time! Thank you!

  13. Hi Gina. I loved this toning session but I got a little lost πŸ™ with the coordination. I feel like the counts were different each time. You did put a LOT of content in that short amount of time, maybe that's the reason. I just felt a little off trying to keep up. Next time if we could have some counts in there, I know that would help me tremendously. Other than that, it was great! Thank you so much! πŸ™‚

  14. Loving your toning workouts. I also love your 80/20 and progress not perfection message you posted on Instagram. Balance and self-care is important in life. On Instagram if you go to lalalauren.creates she created a bingo card in a notebook for self-care and productivity. I think that is a fun way to track goals! The productivity bingo card is the 6th picture and the selfcare bingo card is the 22nd picture on her page. One could create a workout bingo card for walking and workouts. For example, you could put 1 mile walk, 2 mile walk, 30 min walk, 45 min walk, toning, and/or dance in the squares and color them in if you compete one.
