  12. I felt fine during most of this but my knees did feel a little like they were going to collapse. The next morning a little achey.

    The day after I really felt the burn!

  16. This is the most annoying workout ever. They’re all talking at the same time and talking over one another. The two in the back don’t need to speak at all just exercise but they all putting their two cents in all at once.

  21. If you think this workout is easy, you aren't doing it right.
    Even the "modifier" is seriously fit. I just finished my first time and SUCKED. I hate it (okay, not the workout, I hate my lack of fitness) so much that I will be doing it again and again. #determinedtobefit

  29. yall when she says 'it feels good to feel strong,' i never knew how real that was until i stopped doing this workout! like dude i switched over to chloe ting for a month program to see what it was like and i was really sad all the time and not motivated to exercise at all. idk if this was just me but this is the best workout lol! thank you charlee, i do this every day!!!
