    This is my first time doing this workout and i loved it. I'm trying to get myself in shape and healthy again.

  9. I just turned 50 and am very out of shape—haven’t done regular exercise for over 2 years. This workout was just what I needed today. Thank you for the encouragement and the focus on positivity and compassion. We could all use more of that right now!
