  6. I recently hit a growth spurt thatโ€™s caused me joint pain. This workout is great, itโ€™s for anyone with any basic joint pain or weakness (you should probably ask your doctor about this if itโ€™s something major or injury related), not to mention her form is immaculate.

  24. Love this workout! Can't do jumping workouts any more since an injury that's resulted in some horrible nerve pain. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get as intense of a workout without jumping, but this one does the trick and I'm so happy I found it and have been able to remain just as fit. Thank you!

  28. So here's the thing, I did this workout 3 months ago and I could barely get through 3 minutes of this without any additional rest. I stumbled upon Pamela's exercise and I figured I'd give it a try. I tried her beginner ones until I found out that she had 30-minute program and been doing it for over a month now. Today, I did this workout again and I am freaking out for being able to do this all the way without additional pauses!! I really appreciate this during my "lazy" days and thank you for this. ๐Ÿ™‚
