  10. I did this workout nearly everyday for a month. both my arms used to measure 35 cm and now, have gone down to 28cm. my arms feel much more stronger and not as flabby. highly recommend this workout 🏋️‍♀️

  11. i can nowadays do this with no pauses easily, but when i started this (maybe 1 month ago? idk? ive lost track of time) the first time i did this i was in so much pain i actually started cry-laughing because i didnt know what else to do

    Day 1: My arms are so weak and started to hurt at 4:25. Made many pauses.

    update: the second day was so hard wtf definitely harder than the first one

  24. I did this almost every last week en nog i can keep up my arms al the wat though yeaaah. When i started i dropped it like 6 times. Hahaha im Getting stronger 💪🏽
