I started doing exercises in week 27, first two days and I was increasing, I have been doing more than a month 5 times a week, the two exercises recommended for the day, has motivated me to be constant, and patient with myself, I am starting to wear pants and dresses that I had stored, I feel lighter and my posture has improved a lot, The fat I have lost has been abdominal, little by little I am changing other habits.
