  19. Maddie…this is exactly what I was looking for. I’m in my first trimester with my 4th baby. With every pregnancy I have struggled to find videos that weren’t to intense or just weird kegel pelvic floor stuff. My hips and legs ache and I’m nauseas most of the day. This video will get me through those days during my pregnancy that I just need to move my body, stretched out my hips and take some deep breaths. It literally hit all the right spots.
