I have recently just been doing completely random upper body exercises in my room throughout the day but I really wanted something more structured yet not too demanding. This was perfect.   22. I like the workout this way! Staring w/ warmup, a few groups of two different exercises and one repeat, ending in cool down.. went by fast and was fun!
