  5. Thank you very much but how is this 20 minutes when the whole video is for 16:30 minutes (excluding the total 2 minutes of talking). So more like 15 minutes.

  13. Like everyone else is saying, great workout ditch the music. I won't do this workout again because of it. Also what if there are men doing this class, you only refer to 'ladies'. Just sayin'

  34. love the workout but not the music. please get rid of this. also there should be some variation for people with lower back pain when doing the ab exercises with both legs down. for this you can instruct people to take one leg at a time to help protect their back and avoid injury.
