  4. Ok im not hating but Ofc your organs are going to pop out when you sit like that because of the position. This doesnt help people heal it just shows them to keep doing wheat they are doing.

  6. Cellulite start showing by your 40s but you can get rid of them stop using tide pants and do cardio for least half an hour and eat more fiber and no sugar get a professional help

  8. Thank you for posting this..I’ve recently started using your videos as a part of my plan to lose the 20lbs I’ve gained in the last few years. I find them so easy to follow and the body parts I’m supposed to be working actually hurt the next day so I know it’s working! Lol. This kind of honesty makes me feel more accepting of those times I look in the mirror and don’t see what I want to. Perfect isn’t the goal, fit and healthy is. Thanks for the reminder. ❤️

  13. That’s just the fibers within your skin that keep your skin from sagging. Some people lack use fibers can they can pull their skin really far from their body. There’s videos of people like this if you search. Also people who gain a lot of weight, then lose weight have saggy skin because these fibers have been stretched too much. It takes a very long time for them to shrink.
