  3. I liked this one a lot! Especially the mountain climber variations. I modified one and did a bear crawl instead. I forgot about some of these exercises! It help to has quad engagement that isn’t a squat or lunge

  6. I can't express how much this has helped me! I am a student still in school and my bus picks me up at 7:00. In order to have time to workout in my day, I have to wake up at around 5:00. Well school recently started and I am still testing routines, but I was having really negative thoughts this morning. Like, 'Why do I need to work out? Why is everyone else already perfect' But then I opened this video and I am so happy and energized and I do not regret waking up early at ALL! Thank you so muchh!

  9. Surprisingly intense for only being 10 minutes, perfect when you don’t have a ton of time to workout! And the no repeats are always appreciated, I go harder on those knowing I won’t have to do an exercise more than once lol
