  2. Girl ily but how are you gonna say this is “apartment friendly” and then have 3 exercises almost in a row where you have to jump……the plank jacks, the burpees, the feet shuffle….????? My downstairs neighbors would not like to hear that. I’m disappointed :/

    Edit: I understand that I can modify them, but that makes them more low impact and therefore defeats the purpose of HIIT…i barely broke a sweat 😅

  7. This is absolutely a jumping exercise? Does this girl not know what jumping means? She literally said it for a few of the exercises

  8. If you are looking for a no jumping workout, keep looking. There is jumping in this.
    Great workout, but the title is misleading.

  17. Thank you for these! <3 You may not know how important they are to some of us. I'm a mother with no childcare other than when my husband gets home from work. I work as a server in the evenings AND go to school part time. I could NEVER have squeezed weight loss routines in by driving back and forth to the gym. These changed my fitness routine forever. It's 8:19PM rn and no one knows and it's dark outside and I don't want it to be loud so I'm glad this doesn't have any exercises where you need to jump (as the title already says). Though it still has some exercises where you have to sort of jump a little, not up but I think you know what I mean.😅 Again, thank you!🌺

  23. If the audience isn't doing these exercises as fast as they can with no breaks or short slow down in between the fast bursts then its not HIIT.
