  3. This was a great work out for me, my only complaint is that since we were on our backs before the jumping jacks, the bun I had my hair in got messed up and I had to take it down to actually get on my back, but then I had to put it back up for the jumping jacks.

  4. Finally a workout I can actually can accomplish without being frustrated because I can’t keep up the exercises. Because this was finally a positive training experience I will definitely do it more often. Thank you, Maddie ā˜ŗļø

  5. Just did it. It wasn’t perfect and I had to adjust some exercises and do them at a slower pace but I did it! I have a ways to go (about 60 pounds to lose) but little by little. I know that CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

  9. Hi. I really want to start exercising. But my concern is losing weight. I just want to get fit and get a firm body. Im not fat or anything, Im just unfit and want to be firm. Do you have any advice on keeping my weight or not losing too much weight while exercising.?
